A rendszer k\u00f6nnyen kezelhet\u0151nek bizonyult mindenki sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra, a tesztet v\u00e9gz\u0151k pedig rengeteg \u00faj dologra h\u00edvt\u00e1k fel a f\u00fcgyelm\u00fcnket, r\u00e1ad\u00e1sul t\u00f6bb, hasznosabb \u00e9p\u00edt\u0151 jelleg\u0171 kritik\u00e1val b\u00facs\u00faztak a teszt v\u00e9gezt\u00e9vel.<\/p>\n<p>Ezen haszn\u00e1lhat\u00f3s\u00e1gi tesztet mint mindig, most is egy szak\u00e9rt\u0151 koll\u00e9g\u00e1nk vezette, \u00e1m \u0151 csup\u00e1n csak a folyamat megfelel\u0151 mederben tart\u00e1s\u00e1\u00e9rt, &#8211; egy-egy feltett k\u00e9rd\u00e9s\u00e9vel &#8211; a tesztet v\u00e9gz\u0151 szem\u00e9ly gondolatainak \u00e9s \u00e9szrev\u00e9teleinek felsz\u00ednre hoz\u00e1s\u00e1\u00e9rt felelt, a r\u00e9szv\u00e9tele k\u00f6zben azonban semmif\u00e9le m\u00f3don nem seg\u00edtette a tesztel\u0151t a rendszer kipr\u00f3b\u00e1l\u00e1s\u00e1ban. Ez\u00e1ltal pedig nem csak <strong>a rendszer hib\u00e1i, hi\u00e1nyoss\u00e1gai<\/strong>, hanem <strong>a k\u00fcl\u00f6nf\u00e9le gondolkod\u00e1sm\u00f3dok<\/strong> is <strong>l\u00e1that\u00f3v\u00e1 v\u00e1ltak<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A legut\u00f3bbi teszt\u00fcnk\u00f6n p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul \u00edgy der\u00fclt f\u00e9ny arra a hib\u00e1ra, hogy az egyes modulokban az adatlapok felel\u0151s\u00e9nek azon felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3k is be\u00e1ll\u00edthat\u00f3k, akik per pillanat nem is rendelkeznek hozz\u00e1f\u00e9r\u00e9ssel az adott modulhoz. De megfigyelt\u00fck azt is, hogy a tesztel\u0151k mind a st\u00e1tuszok, mind pedig az adatlap mez\u0151k testreszab\u00e1si lehet\u0151s\u00e9g\u00e9t a modulok be\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1n\u00e1l kerest\u00e9k. Vagyis h\u00e1t &#8211; els\u0151 r\u00e1n\u00e9z\u00e9sre &#8211; nem volt egyb\u0151l k\u00e9zenfekv\u0151 sz\u00e1mukra, hogy a rendszer ezen elemein\u00e9l <strong>egyetlen kattint\u00e1ssal el\u00e9rhet\u0151 a testreszab\u00e1si k\u00e9perny\u0151<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ez a fajta teszt teh\u00e1t az\u00e9rt oly fontos, mert: <em>\u201eah\u00e1ny ember, annyif\u00e9le l\u00e1t\u00e1sm\u00f3d\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Az ilyen \u00faton kapott \u00e9szrev\u00e9telek, esetleges javaslatok, \u00e9p\u00edt\u0151jelleg\u0171 kritik\u00e1k pedig igen komoly \u00e9rt\u00e9kkel b\u00edr(hat)nak, mivel <strong>k\u00f6zvetlen\u00fcl ker\u00fclhet\u00fcnk kapcsolatba a felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3k k\u00fcl\u00f6nf\u00e9le \u00e9rt\u00e9kes\u00edt\u00e9si \u00e9s \u00fcgyf\u00e9lkapcsolat-kezel\u00e9si megk\u00f6zel\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9vel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Mag\u00e1r\u00f3l <strong>a tesztr\u0151l<\/strong> egy\u00e9bk\u00e9nt soha <strong>nem k\u00e9sz\u00fcl felv\u00e9tel<\/strong>, azt nem r\u00f6gz\u00edtj\u00fck. \u00c1m a teszt sor\u00e1n <strong>a MiniCRM illet\u00e9kes munkat\u00e1rsai<\/strong> &#8211; a szomsz\u00e9dos irod\u00e1ban projektoron kivet\u00edtve, valamint Ausztri\u00e1ban \u00e9s Rom\u00e1ni\u00e1ban online &#8211; figyelik a tesztel\u00e9s sor\u00e1n zajl\u00f3 esem\u00e9nyeket \u00e9s <strong>feljegyz\u00e9seket k\u00e9sz\u00edtenek az elhangzottakr\u00f3l, illetve a l\u00e1tottakr\u00f3l<\/strong>, azaz hogy a tesztel\u0151 &#8211; a weboldalon \u00e9s a rendszerben &#8211; mikor hova kattintott, ott mire sz\u00e1m\u00edtott \u00e9s t\u00e9nylegesen mi is t\u00f6rt\u00e9nt.
