A <strong>2014. okt\u00f3ber 1-je \u00e9s 2014. okt\u00f3ber 15-e k\u00f6z\u00f6tt haszn\u00e1latb\u00f3l kivont sz\u00e1ml\u00e1z\u00f3 program<\/strong>, online sz\u00e1ml\u00e1z\u00e1si szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1s <strong>ig\u00e9nybev\u00e9tel\u00e9nek befejez\u00e9s\u00e9t ugyancsak 2014. november 15-ig<\/strong> kell az ad\u00f3hat\u00f3s\u00e1ghoz bejelenteni. Egy\u00e9b esetekben a bejelent\u00e9si k\u00f6telezetts\u00e9get a sz\u00e1ml\u00e1z\u00f3 program rendeltet\u00e9s szer\u0171 haszn\u00e1latbav\u00e9tel\u00e9t\u0151l, illetve haszn\u00e1latb\u00f3l val\u00f3 kivon\u00e1s\u00e1t\u00f3l sz\u00e1m\u00edtott 30 napon bel\u00fcl, valamint az online sz\u00e1ml\u00e1z\u00f3 szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1s ig\u00e9nybev\u00e9tel\u00e9nek kezdet\u00e9t\u0151l, illetve az online sz\u00e1ml\u00e1z\u00e1si szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1s ig\u00e9nybev\u00e9tele befejez\u00e9s\u00e9t\u0151l sz\u00e1m\u00edtott 30 napon bel\u00fcl kell teljes\u00edteni.<\/p>\n<h3>A bejelent\u00e9snek a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151 adatokat kell tartalmaznia:<\/h3>\n<p><strong>1.1. a haszn\u00e1lt sz\u00e1ml\u00e1z\u00f3 program<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; nev\u00e9t, azonos\u00edt\u00f3j\u00e1t,<br \/>\n&#8211; fejleszt\u0151j\u00e9nek nev\u00e9t, \u00e9s \u2013 ha van \u2013 ad\u00f3sz\u00e1m\u00e1t\/k\u00fclf\u00f6ldi ad\u00f3sz\u00e1m\u00e1t,<br \/>\n&#8211; \u00e9rt\u00e9kes\u00edt\u0151j\u00e9nek, rendelkez\u00e9sre bocs\u00e1t\u00f3j\u00e1nak nev\u00e9t, ad\u00f3sz\u00e1m\u00e1t\/k\u00fclf\u00f6ldi ad\u00f3sz\u00e1m\u00e1t,<br \/>\n&#8211; beszerz\u00e9s\u00e9nek, haszn\u00e1lata megkezd\u00e9s\u00e9nek vagy \u2013 saj\u00e1t fejleszt\u00e9s\u0171 program eset\u00e9n \u2013 a rendeltet\u00e9sszer\u0171 haszn\u00e1latbav\u00e9tel\u00e9nek id\u0151pontj\u00e1t;<br \/>\n&#8211;
