Here you can perform the general settings of your MiniCRM system.<\/p>\n

  1. Click\u00a0the \"settings\"\u00a0icon in the top right-hand corner.<\/li>\n
  2. Click System on the blue navigation bar and set the following:\n
      \n
    1. System name.<\/li>\n
    2. Unsubscribe page language. The unsubscribe page will be displayed in the language set here if someone would like to unsubscribe<\/a> from your mass emails<\/a>.<\/li>\n
    3. \u00a0If you know which one is the most common address type<\/a> that you use, choose it from the list in the Default address type box.<\/li>\n
    4. To integrate MiniCRM with another system, create an API key<\/a> here.<\/li>\n
    5. If you use MinervaTel<\/a>, Opennetworks or OptiVoice, you can connect the two systems.<\/li>\n
    6. If you have a Helpdesk term\u00e9ke<\/a>, you can exclude specific email addresses (e.g. noreply addresses) from the Incoming email manager. No emails that are sent from excluded addresses will be displayed.<\/li>\n
