Restricted to group rights<\/h3>\n

In MiniCRM, it is possible to create groups to which you can add users<\/a> with \u201crestricted to group\u201d rights.<\/p>\n

It is useful if more than one sales team is working separately in one branch because they can see the data of clients belonging to their group but cannot see clients belonging to other groups.<\/p>\n

So several teams can work in a system without seeing each other’s data or disturbing each other<\/p>\n

One user<\/a> can only be added to one group.<\/div>\n

Only admins<\/a> can create groups. To create one, go to the Settings<\/a> >Users<\/a> page and click on the \u00a0\"wrench\"\u00a0icon next to the \u201cGroup\u201d field.<\/p>\n

You can edit groups in the popup window.<\/p>\n

Users<\/a> with these rights only see the cards of those users who are in the same group irrespective of the other users\u2019 rights.<\/p>\n
