{"id":3765,"date":"2017-06-13T15:59:36","date_gmt":"2017-06-13T13:59:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.minicrm.hu\/help\/?p=3765"},"modified":"2017-11-20T10:23:33","modified_gmt":"2017-11-20T09:23:33","slug":"users-activity","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/helpdev.minicrm.io\/help\/users-activity\/","title":{"rendered":"Users&#8217; activity"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The report shows how many and <a href=\"..\/how-to-customize-an-existing-module\/\">what kind<\/a><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>of <a href=\"..\/why-are-tasks-useful\/\">tasks<\/a><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>were closed, how many <a href=\"..\/how-can-i-send-custom-emails\/\">custom emails<\/a><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>were sent and how many calls were managed in the term\u00e9ke by a user.<\/p>\n<h3>Settings<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Date:\u00a0<\/strong>Those activities are displayed that were done in the system during the period set here.<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"..\/how-to-manage-users\/\">Users<\/a> and <a href=\"..\/restricted-to-group-rights\/\">groups<\/a>:<\/strong>\u00a0The cards of the selected <a href=\"..\/how-to-manage-users\/\">user<\/a>\u00a0or <a href=\"..\/restricted-to-group-rights\/\">user group<\/a>\u00a0(in the new Sales term\u00e9ke) are displayed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Closing type:\u00a0<\/strong>You can check the <a href=\"..\/why-are-tasks-useful\/\">tasks<\/a>\u00a0closed successfully or unsuccessfully.<\/li>\n<li id=\"Minstscsakjrtkestsiterm\u00e9kesetn\"><strong>Lead qualification (only in the new Sales term\u00e9ke):<\/strong> Depending on the selected option, only those closed tasks or other activities are displayed that are on the <a href=\"..\/what-is-an-opportunity-card-good-for\/\">cards<\/a><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>of VIP, Qualified, or Unqualified customers.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Grouping:<\/strong> You can choose from Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly views. The report will be rearranged according to the selected option.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"Tpus\">Table<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>In the first column, that date is shown when the activities happened.<\/li>\n<li>Calls: It displays the amount of phone calls made from the <a href=\"..\/minicrm-android-application\/\">Android application<\/a>\u00a0or from an integrated <a href=\"..\/minervatel-intergration\/\">call center<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Email: Number of <a href=\"..\/how-can-i-send-custom-emails\/\">custom emails<\/a><strong>.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>SMS: Number of custom <a href=\"..\/sms-sending\/\">SMS messages<\/a><strong>.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Except the last two columns, you can see the <a href=\"..\/how-to-customize-an-existing-module\/\">task types<\/a>\u00a0used in the <a href=\"..\/how-to-customize-an-existing-module\/\">term\u00e9ke<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"..\/what-is-an-opportunity-card-good-for\/\">Cards<\/a>: Number of relevant cards where tasks were closed.<\/li>\n<li>Total: Number of all activities that happened during the selected time period.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"alert alert-info\">To list some cards, click on the underlined blue number in the relevant column. The table is changing according to the type of <a href=\"..\/why-are-tasks-useful\/\">tasks<\/a>\u00a0that were closed during the selected time period.
