The report will be rearranged according to the selected option.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Activities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Customer acquisition<\/strong>: Those activities are included that were done on opportunity <a href=\"..\/what-is-an-opportunity-card-good-for\/\">cards<\/a>\u00a0that were moved from &#8216;Marketing&#8217; \/ &#8216;Discovery&#8217; or &#8216;Sales&#8217; <a href=\"..\/what-does-status-mean\/\">status group<\/a>\u00a0to &#8216;Database&#8217; status group.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Customer retention<\/strong>: Those activities that are not considered customer acquisition. The <a href=\"..\/what-is-an-opportunity-card-good-for\/\">opportunity card<\/a>\u00a0was in the &#8216;Customer&#8217; <a href=\"..\/what-does-status-mean\/\">status group<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Customer loss<\/strong>: Those activities are included that are not directed towards customer acquisition and are not other activities.
