MiniCRM automatically records incoming emails sent to the given address and the <a href=\"..\/business-and-contact-person\/\">contact details<\/a> as a new ticket or a contact card (in case of a new client) within the Helpdesk product.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"Hibajegyfelvtelewebesrlaponkeresztl\">Web form<\/h3>\n<p>Requests can be added automatically to the Helpdesk product via <a href=\"..\/how-can-i-create-a-form-in-minicrm\/\">web forms<\/a>\u00a0inserted into a website.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"Telefonosmegkeress\">Phone call<\/h3>\n<p>A member of the Customer Support team has to record the ticket <a href=\"..\/adding-cards-manually\/\">manually<\/a> within the Helpdesk product.<\/p>\n<p>Above the <a href=\"..\/history-on-cards\/\">history<\/a>, you can always see a Reply button next to the New task button. If you click on it, you can send an email to the inquirer immediately. If the inquirer\u00a0responds, it will appear in the History of the ticket and you can continue the conversation until the problem is solved.<\/p>\n<p>Every new email is a new ticket in the <a href=\"..\/what-is-a-module-good-for\/\">Helpdesk product<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In this product, you can manage the incoming questions and requests.
