Admins<\/a>\u00a0can export data from the system.<\/div>\n

  1. Create a filter<\/a>\u00a0that lists those opportunity cards<\/a>\u00a0and the Companies\/Contact persons that belongs to them you would like to export.<\/li>\n
  2. Click the Export button and choose the Excel option below Opportunities<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  3. The export starts immediately. One row contains one opportunity card’s data<\/a>, the company<\/a>\u00a0that belongs to it and one contact person<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
    If the number of cards<\/a>\u00a0that you would like to export is less than 2500, the file is saved in .XLS format, but if it is more than 2500, it is saved in .CSV format irrespective of the fact that the Grid view is selected or not.<\/div>\n
    If it is not selected, max. 25,000 rows can be exported to the .CSV file, if it is selected, there is no such limitation. In the file, dates are stored in fields of date format. Other fields’ format are general.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
