{"id":4593,"date":"2017-08-25T13:08:38","date_gmt":"2017-08-25T11:08:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.minicrm.hu\/help\/?p=4593"},"modified":"2017-11-14T13:27:22","modified_gmt":"2017-11-14T12:27:22","slug":"custom-call-link-setup","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/helpdev.minicrm.io\/help\/custom-call-link-setup\/","title":{"rendered":"Custom Call Link Setup"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>With a custom call link you can use your external VOIP device to make calls through MiniCRM.<\/p>\n<p>By clicking on the <a href=\"..\/structure-of-cards\/\">phone number<\/a> field in MiniCRM, the call is made with the connected VOIP device.<\/p>\n<p>Contact your Call Center provider to obtain the username and password necessary to set up call link.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"Hvlinksszelltsa\">Call Link Structure<\/h3>\n<p>The call link is made with HTTP protocol on the internal network.<\/p>\n<p>To create the call link, you need the internal IP address of the VOIP device and your username and password.<\/p>\n<p><strong>VOIP device internal IP address:<\/strong>\u00a0A static IP address obtained from your browser through HTTP protocol.<br \/>\n<strong>Username:<\/strong>\u00a0The username in your VOIP device.<br \/>\n<strong>Password:<\/strong>\u00a0The password corresponding to the above username.<br \/>\n<strong>Extension:<\/strong>\u00a0The extension required to reach the device.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sample\u00a0URL:<\/strong><\/p>\n<pre>http:\/\/username:password@192.168.1.1\/servlet?number={%Phone%}&amp;outgoing_uri=<\/pre>\n<h3 id=\"Hvlinkbelltsa\">Call Link Setup.<\/h3>\n<p>You can add the call link on\u00a0the <a href=\"..\/minicrm-profile\/\">Profile page<\/a> under &#8220;Phone number settings&#8221;.<\/p>\n<div class=\"alert alert-info\">To add a custom call link, select the &#8220;Custom&#8221; option for the Prefix.<\/div>\n<div class=\"alert alert-info\">After setting up the call link, the <a href=\"..\/how-to-manage-users\/\">user<\/a> can start calls on the VOIP device by clicking on the phone number in MiniCRM.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>With a custom call link you can use your external VOIP device to make calls through MiniCRM.
