Handling of orders happens in your own <a href=\"..\/webshop-module\/\">webshop<\/a> but by receiving order information, the system places the different customers in the correct status group of the <a href=\"..\/webshop-module\/\">Webshop<\/a> product. Because of this, it is crucial that every order&#8217;s information is transferred to MiniCRM as well. Statuses in the Order product change depending on the statutes stated in the <a href=\"..\/custom-webshop-integration\/\">XML file<\/a> received.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-responsive alignnone wp-image-4785\" src=\"https:\/\/minicrm-wp-help.s3.amazonaws.com\/uploads\/2017\/08\/Order_term\u00e9ke_statuses.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"240\" height=\"400\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4842\" src=\"https:\/\/minicrm-wp-help.s3.amazonaws.com\/uploads\/2017\/08\/Screen-Shot-2017-08-31-at-16.51.15.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"260\" height=\"400\" \/><\/p>\n<div class=\"alert alert-danger\">Only one Orders product can be used in a MiniCRM system.<\/div>\n<p><a href=\"..\/introduction-to-the-invoice-module\/\">Invoices<\/a> can easily be generated from successful orders.<\/p>\n<p>We have a pre-made integration for <a href=\"..\/custom-webshop-integration\/\">Shoprenter<\/a>\u00a0webshops but it is also possible to create an integration for a <a href=\"..\/custom-webshop-integration\/\">custom-developed online store<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Order product contains orders instead of customers.
