This allows you to <a href=\"..\/structure-of-cards\/\">start calls<\/a> from MiniCRM. These calls will show up in the History section of <a href=\"..\/what-is-an-opportunity-card-good-for\/\">cards<\/a> in the form of a voice file, allowing you to listen to the conversations later.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Equipment needed:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>MinervaTel<\/li>\n<li>MiniCRM<\/li>\n<li>VoIP client<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"alert alert-danger\">You need <a href=\"..\/user-rights\/\">administrator<\/a> rights and a Professional subscription for the setup.<\/div>\n<div class=\"alert alert-danger\">\n<h2 id=\"sszekapcsolslpsei\">Connecting steps:<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li id=\"1Belltsokfogaskerkikon-RendszeroldalongenerlnikellegyMinervaAPIkulcsotamitelkellkldeniaMinervaTel-nek\">Click on the<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-787 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/minicrm-wp-help.s3.amazonaws.com\/uploads\/2017\/02\/beallitasok-gomb-e1488449791779.png\" alt=\"beallitasok-gomb\" width=\"26\" height=\"25\" \/>\u00a0icon in the upper right corner.<\/li>\n<li>Click on System on the blue navigation bar.<\/li>\n<li>Choose MinervaTel in the Voip API box on the left side.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2962\" src=\"https:\/\/minicrm-wp-help.s3.amazonaws.com\/uploads\/2017\/04\/voip-api-e1492695409448.png\" alt=\"voip api\" width=\"99\" height=\"25\" \/>\u00a0icon and send the generated API key to MinervaTel so they can link it to your subscription.<\/li>\n<li>The values for the four remaining fields can be obtained from MinervaTel.<\/li>\n<li>On your <a href=\"..\/minicrm-profile\/\">Profile <\/a>page you have to provide the Extension of your MinervaTel phone number.<\/li>\n<li>Set the correct prefix for the VoIP client you use (callto, sip, oa, mt, Custom).<\/li>\n<li>After a successful connection, the details of the calls are displayed on customers&#8217; <a href=\"..\/what-is-an-opportunity-card-good-for\/\">cards<\/a> under the <a href=\"..\/history-on-cards\/\">history<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>If you have a MinervaTel subscription, it is possible to connect it with MiniCRM.
