  1. Go to your Profile<\/a>!<\/li>\n
  2. On the left side, click on\u00a0\"enable.<\/li>\n
  3. Select which Google account calendar you want to sync MiniCRM with.<\/li>\n
  4. Accept the Data protection consent.<\/li>\n
  5. Open your Google calendar and on the left side you will see a new embedded calendar. This is where you will see your open tasks<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  6. Your tasks will now automatically show up in your calendar until you cancel the calendar sync<\/a>.\n

    Once you have enabled calendar sync, you can sign in to MiniCRM using your Google account.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    It is important to know that 1 Google account can only be connected to 1 MiniCRM user<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    When you turn on calendar sync, every active term\u00e9ke’s<\/a> every not deleted cards’ maximum 500 open tasks<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>are sorted by due date\u00a0and added to the calendar.\u00a0Tasks<\/a> older than 30 days are not synced by MiniCRM.<\/b>\u00a0These tasks are considered obsolete by the system.<\/p>\n
