The MiniCRM Android application \u2013 like the mobile version \u2013 is available on phones and tablets.
\nAfter installation<\/a>, sign in with your username and password.<\/p>\n

\u00a0The MiniCRM Android application \u2013 like the mobile version \u2013 contains the base functions of the CRM system. The application offers more than the mobile version: your call-log can be synced to MiniCRM so in the History section you can keep track of accepted and rejected calls, started calls, and call duration.<\/p>\n

The data of the last 200 calls are synced after signing in to the application.<\/p>\n

Call data uploaded by the application can be used to display results in the Users activity<\/a> report.<\/p>\n

The Android application syncs upon every sign-in. If you start the application and sign in (or you are automatically signed in because that’s what you selected) the data are synced to MiniCRM in a matter of seconds.<\/p>\n

When you select a card<\/a>, the app tries to find the most relevant card<\/a>. Multiple factors are considered: owner of card, owner of <\/a>card, last modification, last task modification.<\/p>\n
