  1. You can add a new invoice, proforma or offer on cards<\/a> and contact cards<\/a> by clicking on the\u00a0\"\"\u00a0button on the right side below Projects. You can find the same button after searching<\/a>, in the top left-hand corner above the list of results<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. If you have not added your billing information yet, this is the next step.<\/li>\n
  3. Before adding a new invoice, you have to enter some basic data which cannot be changed later while editing the invoice<\/strong>.\n
      \n
    1. Customer name<\/strong>. If it is correct what you see, you do not need to do anything. If not, click on Reset and add the correct customer.<\/li>\n
    2. Medium<\/strong>: Printed or e-invoice<\/li>\n
    3. Currency type<\/strong>: You can only add those items to the invoice which has the relevant currency type.\u00a0New items will be added to the invoice with this currency type.<\/li>\n
    4. Language<\/strong>: Hungarian, English, German, Slovak<\/li>\n
    5. Reverse charge<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    6. Click on\u00a0\"add\"\u00a0and start to add the items<\/a>.<\/li>\n
    7. On the left side, you can see your data, on the right side, you can see the customer’s data. Check whether everything is correct. To modify something, click on Edit.<\/li>\n
    8. If there is anything that you would like to display on the invoice besides the items, type it into the Subject field.<\/li>\n
    9. Below this, you can set basic information:\n
        \n
      1. Payment method<\/li>\n
      2. Performance date<\/li>\n
      3. Prompt<\/li>\n
      4. VAT mode<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      5. Add the items.<\/li>\n
      6. Check carefully whether everything is correct. If it is, you can issue the invoice.<\/li>\n
      7. Click on\u00a0\"issue\"\u00a0in the top right-hand corner.<\/li>\n
      8. In the popup window, you can see the preview of the invoice.<\/li>\n
      9. Click on Issue to issue the invoice. By clicking on Issue and Send, the invoice will be sent immediately to the customer. It will be attached to a template<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
