Besides this, it is an invoicing software inside the system. It is possible to issue paper and e-invoices as well.<\/p>\n<p>If you click on a card in the Invoicing product, you will see an <a href=\"..\/how-to-add-a-new-invoice-while-searching-or-from-a-card\/\">Invoice<\/a> and an Opportunity <a href=\"..\/what-is-an-opportunity-card-good-for\/\">card<\/a> tab. On the Invoice page, you can see the data of the Vendor and the Customer, date, items and other relevant data. On the Opportunity card, you can manage tasks and email messages.<\/p>\n<p>Statuses cannot be customized and the status of the invoices cannot be set manually. The <a href=\"..\/how-to-add-a-new-invoice-while-searching-or-from-a-card\/\">status<\/a> is defined according to the actions performed regarding the invoice.<\/p>\n<p>The following documents can be created: offer, proforma, invoice. All of them have different life cycles and actions. From the accounting point of view, invoices are considerable.<\/p>\n<p>Only MiniCRM subscribers can issue invoices.
