An SMS template is sent by the system.<\/li>\n<li>Email to user: An email <a href=\"..\/how-to-create-templates\/\">template<\/a>\u00a0can be sent to you or one of your colleagues.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"..\/why-are-tasks-useful\/\">Task<\/a> to a <a href=\"..\/how-to-manage-users\/\">user<\/a>: <strong>This step may be the most useful one<\/strong>. Reminders can be sent to your <a href=\"..\/users-activity\/\">colleagues<\/a>\u00a0within the system to assure that everything is progressing well and nobody forgets about performing a task.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>On the left side, you can see the steps that are already set<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Drag and drop the necessary steps from the right side.<\/li>\n<li>You can edit the steps on the left side.<\/li>\n<li>In the Delay days field, you can define that\u00a0when a <a href=\"..\/what-is-an-opportunity-card-good-for\/\">card<\/a>\u00a0satisfies the filter conditions how many days should the system wait before executing the step.<\/li>\n<li>In the Timing field, you can define that when should be the step executed.<\/li>\n<li>You can only add pre-written <a href=\"..\/how-to-create-templates\/\">templates<\/a>. That&#8217;s why it is recommended to create them in advance.<\/li>\n<li>When sending an email\/SMS, the sender could be anybody who has access to the term\u00e9ke and the <a href=\"..\/how-to-customize-an-existing-module\/\">term\u00e9ke&#8217;s central mobile number<\/a>\u00a0can be selected as well.<\/li>\n<li>If you are going to send an email to a user, choose the recipient carefully.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On the right side, you can see the optional steps Email to account: If you choose this option, a pre-written email template\u00a0will be sent by the system.
