  1. Go to the list of templates<\/a>\u00a0in the relevant term\u00e9ke<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. Click on the\u00a0\"new\u00a0button and select a template type. If you have chosen, for example, a task template<\/a> instead of an email template by mistake, quit the template editor and start the process again.<\/li>\n
  3. Only you and your colleagues will see this name, therefore, it is recommended to choose a name that suggests the content of the email as well.<\/li>\n
  4. Enter the subject of the template\u00a0that will be shown to the recipients.<\/li>\n
  5. Select a folder on the right side.<\/li>\n
  6. Set the language.<\/li>\n
  7. Write the text of the template<\/a>.<\/li>\n
