In order to prevent others from accessing your MiniCRM account, it is important to set one of the two-factor authentication options on your\u00a0Profile page<\/a>.<\/div>\n

If you log in from another mobile phone\/computer\/browser for the first time, you have to enter a verification code after entering the email address and password. At\u00a0Two factor authentication > Type<\/strong>\u00a0field you can set how you want to receive the code.<\/p>\n

SMS option can only be selected if you have previously activated\u00a0SMS sending<\/a>\u00a0on your Profile<\/a>\u00a0at\u00a0Contact.<\/p>\n

You have to enter the code within 5 minutes after entering the email address and password. If you don\u2019t enter it within 5 minutes, you have to request a new one.<\/p>\n

If you choose the Google Authenticator<\/a> option, you have to install the app on your smartphone.<\/p>\n

  1. Install it, and set the\u00a0Google Authenticator option in MiniCRM.<\/li>\n
  2. In the popup window, you can see a QR code and an ID. Both can be used by the app to identify your account, therefore, you only have to use one of them. Add your account and exit the window.\u00a0This window won’t be displayed later.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. After adding your MiniCRM account to Google Authenticator, you can see it in the list everytime you open\u00a0the app.<\/li>\n
  4. If you log into MiniCRM from a new device or browser, you will need to enter the 6-digit code displayed in Google Authenticator.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
