Click on the\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-787 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/minicrm-wp-help.s3.amazonaws.com\/uploads\/2017\/02\/beallitasok-gomb-e1488449791779.png\" alt=\"beallitasok-gomb\" width=\"26\" height=\"25\" \/>\u00a0icon in the top right-hand corner and click on <a href=\"..\/how-to-manage-users\/\">Users<\/a> on the blue navigation bar.\u00a0Select a user and set their user rights and access rights to <a href=\"..\/access-to-modules\/\">term\u00e9kes<\/a> on their <a href=\"..\/minicrm-profile\/\">Profile<\/a>\u00a0page.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"1Userrights\">The level of rights can be divided into 4 groups:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Admin<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Manager<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>User<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Restricted<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"..\/restricted-to-group-rights\/\"><strong>Restricted to group rights<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/d26cfm2pfnephr.cloudfront.net\/uploads\/2015\/01\/07_access_user_rights.png\" alt=\"08_felhasznaloi_jogosultsagok\" \/><\/p>\n<p>*<strong>Only applies to the cards that belong to the user or on which there is an open <a href=\"..\/why-are-tasks-useful\/\">task<\/a>\u00a0assigned to them.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"Admin\">Admin<\/h3>\n<p>Admins see all data and have access to every function. It is required to set at least one admin in the system.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"Manager\">Manager<\/h3>\n<p>Managers see all data but don\u2019t have access to <a href=\"..\/system-settings\/\">system settings<\/a>\u00a0and <a href=\"..\/how-can-i-automate-processes\/\">follow-up sequences<\/a>. They are unable to <a href=\"..\/how-to-export-data-from-minicrm\/\">export<\/a>\u00a0data from the system.\u00a0Managers can check reports so it is useful for those who want to see <a href=\"..\/what-kind-of-reports-are-available-in-minicrm\/\">statistics<\/a>\u00a0and want to supervise the activity of colleagues.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"User\">User<\/h3>\n<p>Users can see each other\u2019s <a href=\"..\/what-is-an-opportunity-card-good-for\/\">clients<\/a>, <a href=\"..\/why-are-tasks-useful\/\">tasks<\/a>, and <a href=\"..\/history-on-cards\/\">histories<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"Restricted\">Restricted<\/h3>\n<p>People with restricted rights only see <a href=\"..\/what-is-an-opportunity-card-good-for\/\">cards<\/a>\u00a0that are assigned to them or on which there are <a href=\"..\/why-are-tasks-useful\/\">tasks<\/a> assigned to them.
