AI Agent<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The AI Agent is a specialized user in MiniCRM designed to handle administrative weight using artificial intelligence. It functions as an automated collaborator capable of taking over simpler, time-consuming tasks.<\/p>\n

What can the AI Agent do?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The AI Agent appears throughout the system as a standard user, but it does not count toward your number of user licenses. It is capable of:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Researching information<\/li>\n
  • Opening the customer website to gather more information\/enrich the context<\/li>\n
  • Reading, analysing and summarising information on the card<\/li>\n
  • Reading documents (both from the card and from tasks)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Creating an AI Agent<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    You can set up your AI Agent in just a few clicks:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Navigate to the Users page.<\/li>\n
    2. Click the AI Agent button at the top of the page.<\/li>\n
    3. Multiple Agents: You can create as many AI Agents as you want. This allows you to give them different \u201croles\u201d or instructions. All agents draw from your common company credit pool.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      How to Use the AI Agent<\/strong><\/h2>\n

      If you have just activated an agent, follow these steps to give it its first assignment:<\/p>\n

        \n
      • Open a task on any card (Customer, Opportunity, etc.).<\/li>\n
      • Write your instructions directly into the task content (e.g., \u201cSummarize the last 3 emails into the \u2018Summary\u2019 field\u201d).<\/li>\n
      • Assign the AI Agent as the Responsible person for that task.<\/li>\n
      • Always leave the task open so the agent knows it has work to do.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Tip: <\/strong>In the task content you can mention that you want to be tagged by the AI when it’s done (or if it could not finish the task).<\/p>\n

        Execution and Results<\/strong><\/h2>\n
          \n
        • Trigger: The AI Agent runs every 15 minutes and will complete, in order, all tasks is assigned to it. Depending on the complexity and the number of tasks in its queue, it may take a few moments to complete.<\/li>\n
        • Output: When the agent finishes, it adds the result or confirmation as a comment on the task.<\/li>\n
        • Task Closing: * If the job is successful, the AI Agent will automatically close the task.\n
            \n
          • If it cannot complete the task, it will leave the task open for your review.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Costs and Billing<\/strong><\/h2>\n

            To help you explore the possibilities, every client receives a one-time free credit of 10 EUR.<\/p>\n

            Usage-based: Billing is based on actual usage, similar to sending SMS.<\/p>\n

            Invoicing: Usage is billed monthly as a separate item labeled \u201cAI Agent\u201d.<\/p>\n

            Monthly Limits<\/strong><\/h2>\n

            To ensure your costs remain predictable, each agent has a Default Limit of 100 EUR \/ month.<\/p>\n

            • Limit Reached: If the limit is hit, the AI Agent stops performing tasks immediately.<\/li>\n
            • Reset: The limit resets automatically at the start of the next billing cycle.<\/li>\n
            • Customization: Our customer support team can help you increase or decrease this limit based on your needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
