How to customize an existing product

  1. Click on the beallitasok-gomb icon in the top right-hand corner
  2. On the blue navigation bar, click on Products
  3. Find the product in the list that you would like to customize and click on it
  4. On the left side, you can edit the following:
    1. Product’s name
    2. Cards’ name
    3. Product’s position on the blue navigation bar
    4. You can decide whether it is possible to add new cards to the system manually or not (check it if data is added to the system by an integration or you don’t want to use the product actively anymore)
    5. Add the product’s default sender (it is used by mass email sending, web forms and sending custom emails)
    6. Check the checkbox below the email address if you would like to send emails only from this address in this product
    7. Check the Custom signature field if you have one and type it in the editor
    8. If you would like to send SMS messages from the product, enter the number and activate it
  5. On the right side, you can edit the task types. By doing this, you can decide what kind of tasks should be done during the process.
  6. Add custom senders that you would like to use in this product
  7. If you are finished, click on the Save button in the top right-hand corner. (Here you always have to click on Save to save your changes)
