AI Agent in MiniCRM

What is an AI Agent? The AI Agent can be added as a user in MiniCRM and, using artificial intelligence, is capable of automating simpler tasks such as:
  • completing tasks
  • automatically filling in fields
  • handling repetitive administrative work
The AI Agent appears everywhere as a user, but it does not count toward the number of user licenses.Creating an AI Agent You can create an AI Agent on the Users page by clicking the AI Agent button at the top.
  • Every client receives a one-time free credit of 10 EUR
Monthly limit
  • Default limit: 100 EUR / month / agent
  • When the limit is reached:
  • the AI Agent stops performing tasks
  • it automatically resets in the next billing cycle
  • If needed, our customer support can help increase or decrease this limit
Costs and billing
  • Usage-based billing (similar to SMS sending)
  • Billed monthly as a separate item: “AI Agent”
